student art groups

I am in search of a little information. I would like to know if anyone
knows about the student group "STAR"? It is an acronym, but I don't know
what for. It came up in a conversation about Ya/Ya (young artists, young
aspirations) and Gallery 37 of Chicago. I can find info, I think, if I
know what the letters stand for.
