Seemingly hopeless net search

Hi everyone!
This is my first time on the net :) At the risk of making a fool of myself I
am shamelessly asking anyone's help on what I'm begining to think is a
pointless search. I am a student in the art education program at the
University of Missouri, Kansas City. One of my professors suggested that I
search for NAEA's Standards and Guidlines. I have eaten up a good portion of
my free introductory access time and have yet to even find NAEA (other than
something that has to do with taxes). If you have any advice, other than
asking clearification from this particular instructor, I would be eternally
grateful.
By the way, well, not exactly, but has anyone seen any works by Beth B?
She is showing at Grand Arts Gallery here in Kansas City and her stuff is
interesting though a bit uncomfortable to explore.
