Can anyone tell me the federal guidelines for teacher/student ratio in
classes where Special Ed and ESOL kids are mainstreamed? Is this a state
issue?
In academic classes, we have a resource teacher or a special ed aide
to assist, but not in arts, music, or p.e.

What do your systems provide? How would you suggest--besides yelling and
stamping--getting support for special needs kids in elective classes?
