I was always under the impression that to draw on a students art work was a
cardinal sin!!! I would think you have lost some respect for your teacher and
rightly so. There is nothing wrong with instruction and giving opinions on
your work. But I always mention to my students that unlike math and reading
art comes from the heart and the head. I always demonstrate my suggestions
for students on another piece of paper or with the younger ones on the back of
their work. I am also very strickt (sp?) about other students drawing on each
others work.
That teacher was not correct in what she did.
