FYI, School Arts Magazine is looking for submissions, especially from
high school art teachers and art teachers who teach computer
graphics for possible publication in the magazine. Articles
need to be concise and the photographs need to be great for
reproduction. Publication of an article is incredibly
meaningful and beneficial for bringing positive, national notice to
your art program.
School Arts is interested in articles, especially from secondary
art teachers on:
successful and meaningful approaches to teaching art; exciting,
innovative units, lessons, or activities;
computer graphic design;
how to integrate art with, or relate it to, other school
exemplary art programs;
how to teach and assess learning in art history, art production,
art criticism, and aesthetics;
teaching art to special populations;
effective public relations efforts;
art curriculum development;
and parent involvement and community partnerships.
