Renee,

I assume you're looking here for information on "fair use" issues as they
apply to copyright. MaryBeth Koos (NIU) and I just presented on this topic
in Chicago. You'll find a links page of web resources on this subject that
we created for our presentation at:

There you'll find more information than you probably really want. :^)
Also, there are bills in Congress right now that MAY change how we approach
"fair use" on the web.
