You can make personal sized puppet theatres out of large, old
cardboard boxes. Just cut so that you have three sides, so it will
stand up on its own. Then cut the window out of the front side, toward
the top. These can be decorated and placed on top of a desk or table
with a drape of fabric over the table to hide the actors. Kids love it
that they can take the show home to show the family.
