I think that you should consider your statement a bit more carefully.
You might be an artist who has encouraged her 5 boys to extend their
art activities beyond the colouring book but 1000's of parents never
get beyond the colouring book. They provide them to 3,4,5 yearolds and
prevent them from passing throught the natural evolution of mark
making. I have no objection to colouring books for 10 year old plus
children but there are strong grounds for objecting to their use
