If you go to the new American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, and
read the Bio's on most of the so-called amateur, untrained "visionary"
artists, you will find a Museum that glorifies the art work produced by
the Mentally unhealthy....makes you wonder how many of these artists are
being ripped off....this ia a big question arising in a city of hundreds
of artists ...who have very few places to show their work...the
BAltimore Museum of Art won't show Baltimore artists becaused we are not
trained enough....and then they erect a museum that we cannot show in
because we are too trained...oh yeah, except for the gift shop...we are
welcomed to get ripped off there and have our work show there.
VanGogh was ripped off.....perhaps this ill fate of DeKooning could be
another scam....how can be teach our future generations to appreciate
art and its creators without the big corruption of the capitalist ripp
