Re: Colouring In ..again!

I was a coloring book kid --- the picture didn't matter, but the colors,
and what I could do with them, were more important. I remember sitting at
the kitchen table at my grandmothers house coloring for hours.....I could be
in the middle of whatever was going on, and feel comfortable in my world of
color. I could succeed in that against my siblings who were popularr and
cute.....let us not forget the <<experience >>of creating art, for kids, in
many forms, no matter what the medium. On the Today show, the 10 year old
who was a "coloring kid" all her life, and then saw the Picasso show.....she
is at the top of the art field, having sold over 250 paintings making over
