It sounds to me like too many new teachers accept the term 'burnout' to
readily without having really been out in the 'trenches' long enough to
make this kind of judgement.
You're right! We all have to pay our dues first. Let's keep in mind that:
One person's 'burnout' is someone else's normal day-to-day activity --
or "ARTivity" as someone once said..
