Entries are due April 30. They are looking for teams of students,
preferably at different schools, to work together to build educational
tools and materials for the Internet that can be shared with other
students. Check it out and see if you're interested.
I am looking for one or more jr./sr. high school Art teachers who would be
interested in working with me on an entry. My primary interest will be to
use the Internet to share Art activities, research and projects. I'd like
to propose a team of students who could create something like an Internet
"report" (home page) on projects they and their classmates are creating.
Maybe there could even be some universal "themes" that students at
different schools address in their projects, (environmental, social, etc.).
A digital camera would probably be essential to use to illustrate these
student "reports". Is anyone out there interested? I know it's short
notice, but only a description of the proposal is due April 30 - we would
have until August 15 to actually complete or at least initiate the project.
Please check out the ThinkQuest web site and respond to me personally if
you're interested. Thanks.
