[teacherartexchange] Is it Finished ?

I hope your year is going well. Even though I'm retired, I attended
NAEA in Seattle and enjoyed it.
While there, I shot photos of the ladies at the market arranging
flowers. Here is a link to a watercolor
I'm working on. I'd like a critique, if you have time. Is it
finished ? I don't want to over work it.
