[teacherartexchange] Software Recommendations

With all the budget cuts it seems that next year I will be producing an
electronic yearbook which will be distributed on CD or DVD.. I think it will
be really neat with the ability to add highlight video to the pages, but I
am stuck on what software to use. I would like to stay with something that
gives the feel of a book - either by actual "page turning", or something
similiar. Is anyone here doing electronic yearbooks or have software
recommendations? Any ideas/advice?
