We did a survey during lunch with our clickers - students answered a few
questions before getting in lunch line. Not art questions, but it was a
quick & easy way to get data. If all you want is a question or two answered
you can use "polleverywhere.com" where students use their cell phones to
text you the answers. If you are advocating for your job/program one thing
to look at is (if you can find the data) is how many students in the past X
years went on into art related majors/careers. These may not even be
students who got scholarships - I am always amazed at finding students who
took 2-3 years of art who majored in art in college & never said a word to
me. And as stated in a previous post, surveymonkey is probably the easiest
(& it's free!)
