I don't have any altitude problems when we go to Taos or Santa Fe. I
think Taos is about 6500 feet. But one time we went straight to the ski
valley at 9,350 feet. My husband told me the next morning that he
didn't sleep all night because every 4th breath he was gasping for air!
He said he was afraid to go to sleep because he might not breath!!! I
had some issues with being out of breath at almost nothing, but not as
bad as he was. Don't think I'll climb Pikes Peak on this trip, but I
might photograph it from a distance, lol.
