We have a work-study program at our high school where students with free
time go to different locations around the base to work. Sometimes student
have expressed their interest in teaching and are placed with the Elementary
art teacher.

Has anyone had their secondary students help out at the elementary level?
Our
elementary teacher would like a once-a-week helper. I am concerned about
student burnout/boredom, safety in transfering, appropriate credit. However

think the idea is a good one...
