Sorry Beth I'm just reading this now, I have the second highest number of emails in my school! And every one of them is important!
We just started a Booster's Club at the end of last year and have done a fund raiser and workshops. I'd love to share ideas with you if you're still interested.

My superintendent wants us to start a Booster Club for all the music, drama,
and fine art departments. I am excited to have his focus and want to make the
most of this but wondered what experience other have had. Are all these too
many arts? Is it good to have so many? It used to be just band boosters.
Perhaps someone could recommend a thread I could go back to... I did a search
at google but only got other people's booster web pages. I am looking more
for principles of leadership? Thanks!
