altered books/sort of

I was just reading Ready Made magazine - there was a small mention of purses
made out of books - from the photo it looked like the pages were taken out
of the books - then a lining with sides (kind of like a fabric accordion
folder) was added and funky closures (handles - straps with buttons) -
didn't look like they were hard to make -

Reminded me of the cigar box purses -
