Fran-
        I found that cleaning off tables is the same as cleaning off a table
cloth.
I use burlap squares and old pieces of oil cloth ( kitchen table covers) to
keep clay from sticking. We store our projects in ziplock bags, when they get
too large we add moist towels and wrap them in plastic sheets.
         I don't have the budget or the space for anything else.
