If you use Internet explorer to view web pages, you can add web pages to a
"scrap Book" the files can be viewed without having to be on-line, and can
be organised in various folders.

You can also go to "VIEW" - "CUSTOMISE TOOLBARS" and add a button to your
browser window so that you can add pages to your scrapbook without having to
open it.
