May I offer one piece of advice? Please please have a lawyer review the
contract. Yes, it can be pricey but it can save you from some very costly
mistakes. I publish with a major publisher and my attorney caught some
things I would have never caught. Sounded like simple English to me but in
"lawyerese" they had entirely different meaning. They have expensive lawyers
protecting them. You should be protected too.
