another use for church envelopes

Date: Fri Apr 26 2002 - 03:22:21 PDT

I buy tons of cheap zip lock sandwich bags. Students label them with their
names (in perm. marker) and store everything from collage cut outs to
selected colors of oil pastels. These keep individual's stuff together when
we clean up and throm things into the table tubs.

I get boxes of donation envelopes from my church frequently. We give money
to our church by writing one check so we don't use the envelopes. I find
them perfect for all those little cut papers and collage materials that my
students need to save until the following art lesson. They paper clip the
envelope to their large paper and there you go.
