My question is...why do you have to do scratch art at all? Having really
come full circle on this....I believe that if your budget does not support
the lesson, do another lesson. If an administrator asks you to do a lesson
with these materials....then tell him/her the money for the materials is not
in your budget...they will either put up, or back off.
