How much time do they have to do all that? What kind of quality are you
getting? Are you shooting for fine art pieces or more ceramic/craft kind of
work? Do they have to learn about glaze chemistry? What level is this
curriculum for? Do they have to do any research re: history of ceramics or
traditional design? Do they have to keep a sketchbook? Do you emphasize the
importance of sketching with regard to sculpture?

Just curious.....(yes I know what it did to the cat!!!)
