Your school social worker is right! Taking on extra duties and carrying
materials back and forth is telling the administration that you can do it
all, even if you are doing twice as much as the "full time in a school"
teachers. Split assignments and traveling between schools, needing to
please two administrators, two parent groups, and all those students who
need your attention is a very hard job! Stand up for your program and your
rights as a professional. Your students need you so don't give those burn
out jobs a second chance.
