I just wanted to let you all know just how wonderful you are! I asked for
help with grading strategies and boy did i gert help! many of the things
sugested I already do but many I do not and will write up implementaion plans
for the new year.

you are a wealth of information and Woody is right...this is the best damn
list around!
well maybe he didn't say the "D" word:)
