My students won 3 firsts, 2 seconds, 2 thirds, and 8 honorable mentions, in
the five catagories of art in the Campbell Country Women's Club "Mini" Art
Awards. We also won the Best in Show Award - $150. This contest is within
the five schools in the district. Each catagory has 1,2,3, and 3 Honorable
Mentions. The catagories are, Painting, Graphics "A", Graphics "B", mixed
media, and Printmaking.

This competition has been going on for over 30 years, it is for seniors only
and is sponsored by the women's club and cash awards are given for each win.
A reception is given (May 7th).
