Jeannie's students win top awards

"Toot- toot"....Jeannie Sandoval's Kiwanis puts on a art and talent showcase
for middle and high school. The contest is open to middle and high school
students (city and county). Jeannie's students won first place for 6th and
8th grade and honorable mention for 7th grade. First place winners go to
compete at the state competition and her 6th grader won first place and her
8th grader won 3rd. Middle school students don't win money but it is great
exposure for them to the high school teachers. The high school winners get
scholarships.

Don't be shy---share your success stories!

Oh...BTW....I have already started to save for Jeannie's "trip to Italy" (I
found a dime on the floor the other day)
