Michelle, I have not been following this thread but I can tell you I
put a mural of handmade clay tiles on painted cinderblocks 30
years ago. I can't remember, at first think, what glue I used. I
vaguely remember
a clear flexible gel like glue. The moisture from the nearby water
fountain hasn't effected it in all these years. Only one piece has
come loose.
