A new thread --What is your area of expertise/interest?

I would like to see this one grow....and grow....I will ask it again as new
members join...And will post periodically with e-mail addresses (if no one
objects). I am not an EXPERT at anything---but I have strengths in certain
areas of interest. So I will put those areas of interest under my name.
(Thank you to whomever started the book thread...and thank you to Carolyn
for giving me this idea!)

Age group of current instruction: middle school
African art, printmaking, ceramics.....interest in sculpture (my college
major), and paper making.
I am fascinated with world cultures....and (as you know) am hooked on using
the WWW as a means of classroom instruction (my research showed students
preferred Internet to vidoes --more motivated to learn using
Internet)..However.....answers to worksheets proved they gained more
knowledge from the videos (hey...what do kids know anyways?)

I will tell all who post why I want this information later....But...I do
think it is something everyone on the list can benefit from now.

Thank you for taking the time...I know many of you have shared before with
the list on this topic and I will include what I know about you if you do
not have time to post now.
