I love sculpey for all ages - look at some books to see what can be done
with it -

to keep beads etc. organized I always had the kids put their initials on
paper cupcake liners, and then I bake in those. I like the idea of egg
cartons for transporting, you could probably bake them in the cardboard. I
did purchase a toaster oven just for Sculpey and Shrink Plastic.

One thing I want to try - you can use Xeroxed drawings or photos and
transfer them to a sheet of sculpey - roll out a sheet, put the copy face
down(I saw a 'collage' of stamps and kids photos reduced on the copier - I
think they may have even been colored in with colored pencil) - burnish the
paper and bake on the sculpey - the image will transfer.
