Subject: Didn't get your fill of NYC? INSEA in August 2002
Hello Fellow ArtsEdNetters!
Just when I was scheming--"How can I get back to New York City?"--what shows
up in my mailbox but the announcement and call for papers for the INSEA
conference to be held in New York in August 2002. Have any of you ever been
to this one? If I gave a workshop could it be hands-on and limited to only
25 people? I did a unit on Kwanzaa with my elementary students which
involved character education, African-American Artists and African Art. I'm
pretty proud of it and am thinking of working up a workshop for our Kansas
State conference in Garden City, Kansas this fall. I always appreciate the
imput of this group.
