clearfield/ state college area PA

Hi, I'm moving to the clearfield/state college area of PA in the end of the summer.  I currently teach k-8 art in Maine, and need a job in PA this fall.  I'd like to know if art is supported in the schools and community?  If there are full time jobs?  Whether or not most programs have an art room?  A decent budget?  What are the chances of getting a job there?  Are art teachers needed?  or is there a surplus?  Please if anyone on this list lives or works there can you pass on any information that you know?  Are there any jobs available?  You can reply to this address, or chandra@acadia.net  .  Thanks, chandra.
