Chinese architecture

Help! For our summer program our school decided on Chinese
architecture. I need suggestions on how to organize this class which
will contain K-7th grade. Any good books or web sites you would
reccomend? Also, they want to build a model of the Great Wall. I was
thinking clay but what would be the best approach? Thanks!
