Wow...I am actually surprised it is a problem. Granted I teach at the ele. level...but the only place where you can excel without words is art! Through demonstrations the students get the idea and if it is not exactly what I intended...then that is ok. I find my ESL student to be quite prolific artists and they are very enthusiastic about art making.
