The project currently has four components, each focused on a particular location where project partners are applying controlled ventilation and heating or dehumidification as climate control strategies.

Component One: Hollybourne Cottage
One of a number of historic houses on display at Jekyll Island Historic District (Jekyll Island, State of Georgia, USA).

Component Two: Valle de Guerra
A museum storage facility of Autonomous Entity of Museums and Centers of the Island Government of Tenerife (Tenerife Island, Canary Islands, Spain).

Component Three: Emilio Goeldi Museum
A storage facility for the Amazonian Ethnographic collection (Belém, State of Para, Brazil).

Component Four: Casa de Rui Barbosa
An original library area of a house museum dedicated to the life of Rui Barbosa, in a late 18th–20th century residential building in urban surroundings (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil).
