Component Two: In Situ Mosaics
This group of activities focuses on the conservation of mosaics in situ and the building of the capacity of personnel charged with their care and management.

Component Three: Mosaics in Museums and Storage
This component includes activities directed toward mosaics that have been lifted from archaeological sites and that are now part of museum collections.

Component Four: University Level Conservation Education in the Region and Training Trainers
