As part of the collaboration with the City of Los Angeles, the GCI will research and synthesize information on historic resource survey methods appropriate to the size and diversity of Los Angeles, prepare information on preservation incentives available to owners of historic properties, and work with the city on pilot surveys to test and refine survey methods.
