Component Two: Guidebook to Preservation Incentives
The GCI published a guidebook to incentives available for owners of historic residential property in Los Angeles in 2004: Incentives for the Preservation and Rehabilitation of Historic Homes in the City of Los Angeles: A Guidebook for Homeowners.

The guidebook is intended to assist the owners of historic properties in understanding the array of financial and other incentives that may be available to them.
