Note: Preserved is a head from a statuette of Venus. Her head is slightly tilted to the right. She wears a diadem and her wavy hair is parted in the middle and gathered into a knot at the back of her head. She has a smooth, oval face. Her eyes are large and round with incised pupils. She has a small mouth and her delicate lips are partially opened. Both of her ears were drilled to wear earrings; one of the gold and pearl earrings survives. | |
