The pedestal is adorned with a statue of Concord and one of Hercules who represents Force. A low relief shows the three orders presenting the Constitution to the King; Forms part of: Prints of the French Revolution, 1774-ca. 1840 (Special Collections, accn. no. P980009*); "Janinet / Devarenne"--in brown ink on verso.
