(Firenze : Nella Stamperia De Massi e Landi, [1638]); The print shows the facade of the Church of San Lorenzo, Florence, decorated by Alfonso Parigi for the obsequies "in absentia" of Holy Roman emperor Ferdinand II, celebrated by Ferdinando II on April 2, 1637; The facade is adorned with the double-headed eagle and the coat of arms of the House of Habsburg. A winged figure of Fame stands above the central portal, blowing a trumpet. Four monumental skeletons with helmets and lances, two on horseback, guard the portals; Library has another impression of the etching bound into Francesco Rondinelli's funeral book: Eseqvie della Maesta Cesarea dell'imperadore Ferdinando II ..; Forms part of the Collection of festival prints, 1530-1887 (Special Collections accn. no.
