Note: Also known as: Peace makes me go; The print shows a woman lighting a rocket, rejoycing from the victory of King William III at the battle of Namur on September 2, 1695; The mezzotint is copied in reverse after a plate by Cornelis Dusart that forms part of a suite of six prints depicting people's joy, following William III's victory. The original title in Dutch has been kept, but Cornelis' signature has been substituted for the inscription in the lower right corner: "J.J. Haid et filius exc. A.V."; German engraver.
