The bust-length image of the prophet Isaiah appears within the initial D that opens the Mass for the Nativity of John the Baptist. A prophecy of Isaiah inspired the text of the chant introduced by the initial, De ventris matris mee vocavit me dominus (The Lord called me from the womb of my mother).
