1. Rules:

1. The Sweepstakes begins on March 10, 2014, 09:00:00 AM U.S. Pacific Time and closes May 31, 2014, 23:59:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time.
2. Photos must comply with the criteria below.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and U.S. residents.
3. Entrants may enter once per day, but are eligible to win only one prize.
4. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
6. Taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
7. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
8. This Sweepstakes is not open to Getty employees, trustees, volunteers, docents and contractors.

2. Submissions:

1. Upload a photo of yourself or yourself with friends or family in a vintage/Victorian pose to Instagram or Twitter. Black and white or sepia filter(s) are encouraged.
2. Use the hashtag #VictorianPose in the caption of the photo.
3. Tag @thegetty.
4. Submissions can be made through Instagram or Twitter.
5. The copyright for photos submitted must be owned by the entrant.
6. Entrants must possess the exclusive rights to each entered photo including, without limitation, the complete releases for publicity rights for any person included in your photo.
7. Entry grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to use your photo entry and username in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity without further consideration to you, whether you win a prize or not.

3. Winners and Prizes:

1. Five (5) winners will be selected in total.
2. Winners will be determined in five (5) random drawings from all eligible entries.
3. Drawings will be conducted via randomized software.
4. Winners will be notified via Instagram comment or Twitter @reply.
5. Winners will be given seven (7) days to reply to the message. If no reply is received by that time, another winner will be selected.
6. The prize will be a "gift package" of related Getty Store items worth less than $100.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution by winners or cash equivalent is allowed.
8. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
9. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Agreement:

1. At the time of entry, entrants are deemed to have read, understood, and be in agreement with all rules and conditions.
2. All decisions of the Sponsor are final.

5. Responsibility:

1. Entrants are entirely responsible for all entry-related costs.
2. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the sending of entries via the internet.
