Object Description

View of the Hippodrome or At Meydanı, a large, open area with two obelisks at a distance from one another. The obelisk on the left area of the image appears to had been built using cut stones, while the obelisk on the right area is carved with hieroglyphs. Visible in the foreground are six people dressed in traditional garments and engaging in various activities.
